Request for Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition of Personal Data (ARCO Rights) and Revocation of Consent

Users have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of their personal data, as well as to Revoke their consent for its use. These rights may be exercised by contacting the Administrative Office designated by ADSERTI for this purpose or by emailing ariadnat@adserti.mx to request the ARCO Rights Request Form. This form must be completed and submitted to the designated address, accompanied by a copy of official identification to verify ownership. Responses to ARCO Rights requests will be sent to the email provided by the user within 20 business days of receiving the request. The right of access will be considered fulfilled when the corresponding response is delivered via the email specified by the user. Exercising ARCO Rights is complimentary; however, users may be required to cover expenses related to shipping, reproduction, and/or certification of documents. If the user exercises the same right within a period of less than 12 months, the response to the request will incur a fee not exceeding three days of the general minimum wage in Mexico City, Mexico.
